Hello Woods Families,
Week 28 wrapped up with cold temperatures and some crazy winds, but it also brought a huge highlight — our Spring Play! 🎭 The performances were a major hit, and the students did an amazing job. A heartfelt thank-you to Mrs. Trybula for all the time, energy, and dedication she put into creating such a wonderful opportunity for our students.
Tonight, our Middle School students will enjoy their final Spring Fun Night of the year!
👂 School Hearing Screenings
We will be conducting schoolwide hearing exams on:
Monday, March 16
Monday, April 13
Results will be sent home to families. If you do not wish for your child to be screened, please contact Mrs. Hoselton at thoselton@woodsschool.com.
📦 Cereal Boxes Needed
Our Middle School Spanish classes will be making piñatas for Cinco de Mayo and are in need of empty cereal boxes. Thank you for helping support this fun project!
🍀 St. Patrick’s Day Dress-Up
Student Council is hosting a St. Patrick’s Day Dress-Up Day on March 17.

🧥 Lost & Found
Attached is a photo of our current Lost & Found table. Please take a moment to check if anything belongs to your child.
📅 Items remaining after March 20 will be donated to Goodwill.
🥧 Pi Day Fun
Pi Day is Saturday, March 14, which means our Middle School will host their annual Pi Day Fun Day next week!
📌 Students in 6th–8th grade should remember to bring their pie on Monday, March 16.
💙 WPTG Spotlight
Next WPTG Meeting
April 8 at 6:30 pm in the school library.
Planning for next year’s WPTG leadership will begin at this meeting — come be part of the group!
Elementary Dance Planning Committee
WPTG is forming a committee to help plan a fun elementary dance for 4K–5th grade students.
WPTG will provide funding — they just need a team of parents to help organize the event.
