Hello Woods Families,
Week 11 was short and sweet—and even brought our first dusting of snow! We kicked off the week with our Veteran’s Day Assembly, led by Mrs. Borowczyk for the second year in a row!. Many thanks to all the students and staff who participated and made it such a wonderful event.
📌 Important Updates:
Conferences: Thank you to all families who attended conferences this week! If you haven’t connected with your child(ren)’s teacher yet, please be sure to do so to review progress. We strive to communicate with all families and encourage collaboration.
Boys Basketball: The season kicked off this week with their first game! 🏀 Check the schedule on the website and come cheer them on!
Pilgrim Feast Reminder:
All food donations (except desserts): Due Monday, November 17th for cooking.
Desserts: Due the morning of the Pilgrim Feast on Thursday, November 20th.
Volunteer confirmation emails will go out Monday, November 17th.
Pilgrim Feast Shopping Tip: Stinebrinks Piggly Wiggly is out of Brownberry Stuffing, but Country Hearth Sage & Onion Stuffing is the same recipe in a different bag—and it’s on sale, along with butter, cranberry sauce, apple juice, and canned corn! 🛒
