Hello Woods Families,
Week 8 of the school year means we have officially completed two months of the 2025–2026 school year already! Car line is starting to move a little quicker—thank you for your patience and cooperation. You’ll also notice a few new signs on the elementary side; thanks for helping keep drop-off smooth!
🐮 4K/5K Fall Fun!
Our 4K and 5K students had their first field trip of the year today to Busy Barns Adventure Farm! They enjoyed a beautiful fall day exploring the farm, meeting animals, and learning about life on the farm.
We’re so proud of how well our youngest Wildcats represented Woods School on their big adventure! 🍎🚜
🎃 Middle School Pumpkin Carving Challenge
Middle school students spent their flex time this week carving pumpkins for Camp Timber-Lee’s Pumpkin Hike — and they carved over 50 pumpkins! 🎃
Staff and students were invited to view and vote on their favorites.

Tied for 3rd Place: Denise (8th) – spooky Scream face, and Lorelei (7th) – cozy cabin design
Tied for 2nd Place: Henry & Ivar – The Lorax, and Dexter (7th) – Goblin

If your student missed picture day or needs a retake:
Let your teacher know in advance so your child can be sent for pictures.
Return the original picture package to the photographer at the time of pictures.
The same package will be ordered with the new image.
Note: New packages will not be received unless the original is returned.
🎄 Join Santa’s Float Workshop Team!
Woods School will be participating in the Lake Geneva Electric Light Parade, and we’re looking for creative, crafty parents to help design and decorate our school float!
If you enjoy holiday lights, music, and teamwork, we’d love your help bringing some festive cheer to the community.

The next Woods PTG Meeting will be Tuesday, November 12th at 6:30 PM.
Trunk or Treat is tonight from 5–6 PM! Families will vote on their favorite trunk, and the winner receives a Clock Tower Pizza gift card!
