Geneva Joint 4 - Woods School

On Tuesday, the operational referendum on the ballot for Geneva Joint 4-Woods School was approved by a majority of voters. As a result, we will be able to address many of the financial challenges resulting from the state’s school funding formula. 

Specifically, we will use these funds for:

➡️Ensuring our high-quality and unique learning experiences continue and grow

➡️Retaining and attracting the best teaching staff

➡️Sustaining our community-centered grade-level classrooms

➡️Maintaining our long-standing traditions and family-friendly culture

Note that there will be no impact on property taxpayers as a result of this approved referendum.

We are grateful to everyone who participated in this process, including those who provided us with their feedback and input over the past year. While we may not agree on everything, it is clear that we share in our goal of making Woods School the very best it can be.
