On Tuesday, November 8, our community will vote on a proposed operational referendum question for Geneva Joint 4-Woods School. If approved, the referendum would help our school address the financial challenges resulting from the state’s school funding formula.
Specifically, these funds would support:
➡️Ensuring our high-quality and unique learning experiences continue and grow
➡️Retaining and attracting the best teaching staff
➡️Sustaining our community-centered grade-level classrooms
➡️Maintaining our long-standing traditions and family-friendly culture
An approved referendum on November 8 would have a neutral property tax impact. The school’s portion of the tax bill will NOT increase as a result.
