This class is an exploratory course in technology education. Students are randomly assigned to 1 of 10 modules.

The modules are a self taught program which is done almost entirely by the computer. Students are guided to go through specific projects and experiments, and take quizzes and tests periodically. Grades are determined in part by group progress, daily progress, activities, and the final project. The majority of the grade is based on individual test scores. Students also keep a daily journal on what they learned and any problems they may have encountered.
The final for this class is a presentation on a design brief given by each module group. Each individual student needs to then write a 5 paragraph summative of their given module.
Tech Ed classes are taught by Mrs. Johnson with Mr. McMahon and Mrs. Gonzales as team teachers.
