Third Grade News
Our Earth Day celebration was very successful. We enjoyed the time with our fifth grade buddies; Collecting garbage, wearing earth day shirts, playing jeopardy, and bringing a no waste snack/lunch was just a few of the activities. A special thank-you to everyone who participated in the day’s activities. Remember to make Earth Day everyday!
Our field trip to the Ainger Farm was amazing. Josh’s grandfather and family shared the day to day experiences of living and working on a farm. We all learned so much and enjoyed every minute of our time on Mr. Zuckerman’s farm. On our way to the farm we stopped at the Lake Geneva Post Office. It was fascinating to see where our mail goes once it leaves our hands. Thank-you to everyone who helped make our day a success.
In literature we are reading, A Gift For Mama. This is a wonderful Mother’s Day story. Happy Mother’s Day to all the Woods School Moms!
